Items Excluded from Returns  

  • Hygiene-Related Products – Intimate items, such as underwear, swimwear, or socks, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.  
  • Discounted & Final Sale – Items purchased at a discount or labeled as final sale are non-returnable.  
  • Personalized Items – Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless found defective.  
  • Altered Products – Items that show signs of alteration, washing, or use are not eligible for return.  
  • Clear Return Policies – Non-returnable items will be explicitly mentioned in product descriptions, so please check before purchasing.  

Return Shipping Details  

If we’ve made a shipping mistake, the return shipping costs will be fully covered by us. However, for returns due to personal preference or change of mind, you’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping. To ensure your item returns safely, we suggest using a trusted courier service. If the product is defective or damaged, we’ll provide you with return instructions and cover the return shipping charges, ensuring the process is fully transparent and easy for you.
